Devin “The Dream” Haney delivered another great performance and boxing clinic on Yuriorkis Gamboa in their WBC lightweight title fight tonight at the Seminole Hardrock Casino in Hollywood Florida. Haney outclassed and outboxed an old Gamboa, it appeared that Gamboa was just in the fight to survive and not to win. 

In my opinion, I think it’s fair to say Gamboa has given us some great performances in his career. However, I do believe the end has come to pass for Gamboa. He should walk away and retire at this point. This wasn’t really a solid test for Haney if you will. 

How does Haney fare against someone young like himself and just as talented, like Teofimo, Tank Davis, Gary Russell. I believe that Haney does need to work in his punching power moving forward. Congrats to “Team Haney”.
