Mike Tyson puts the brakes on Tyson/Holyfield 3 as negotiations break down…

Mike Tyson must not need the money. He rejected a $25 million deal to fight Evander “The Real Deal” Holyfield a 3rd time. Negotiations were well under way when the two former heavyweight champions spoke about another fight , even though this deal seemed ironclad.
Sources say that Tyson declined the offer due to some terms not being included in it, based on of what he and Holyfield had agreed to previously. The fight would be scheduled to be at the Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, on May 28 in Miami Gardens, FL..
Tyson and Holyfield fought twice during the 1990s, with Holyfield winning both fights. The first was a major upset which Holyfield won by KO, and the 2nd was very controversial. “The Bite Fight”, where a frustrated Tyson spat out his mouthpiece and bit off a piece of Holyfield’s ear.
This would have been as huge a fight as Wilder Vs Fury and Joshua Vs Fury, trust me. Holyfield’s representatives expressed frustration after the news that Tyson had declined to accept the deal.
The deal is not totally dead in the water, though talks are at a standstill! Hopefully, whatever inclusions that weren’t met per Tysons request will be readdressed, and this deal gets finalized.
This information was shared by Holyfield’s manager, if you will. Well boxing fans as I always say: ‘When I know you’ll know’. Until next time. LETSGOCHAMPS!!. #THEBRAWLERSSPORTSBOXINGSHOW
