Both fighters gave their final thoughts on their upcoming Undisputed Welterweight Championship fight Saturday night at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. 

Errol Spence Jr. said he didn’t want a cushioned or soft fight upon his return to the ring. He said he is an elite fighter, so when you reach this level you’re expected to fight other elite fighters. This is what he wanted for himself and his fans. When Spence was asked what’s his prediction and outcome of the fight, his response was “I will be victorious and crowned the winner”. 

Danny “Swift” Garcia said he had a great camp as well and that he is used to coming in as the underdog. All he knows is that he will hand Errol “THE TRUTH” Spence his first loss come Saturday night. 

On the other hand, Garcia’s pops Angel Garcia says he predicts that Danny will stop Spence in the 7th round and believes in his son’s capabilities. Spence’s trainer Derrick James’ response to the 7th Round KO by Angel was ‘hey they suppose to believe in themselves. All the hard work and to be on this platform he wouldn’t expect them to think anything less of beating Spence’.
