What can we say: “He’s back”! Errol “The Truth” Spence Jr. dominated, showed up and showed out in beating Danny “Swift” Garcia. The champ came out from the bell, setting the pace, the tone and established his jab out the gate. 

Spence looked strong and still showed great accuracy with little to no ring rust. Garcia just couldn’t seem to get off and catch Spence with his masterful counter punching abilities tonight. As you all know, styles make fights. 

Spence continued to press the action in the fight, steadily letting his hands go. He pressed Garcia and walked him down all night long. Garcia’s dad Angel Garcia told Danny at the break in the round “hey you can’t go backwards with a southpaw, step around, keep Spence in the center of the ring”. That was easier said than done. 

Spence looked tremendous, although everyone was concerned about his physical condition after a near death automobile accident last Nov. 

However, the champ prevailed and silenced all his doubters. Spence won a UD tonight and proved why he is the champ . Garcia just couldn’t get off and counter punch like he normally would in his previous fights. Errol Spence says he will rest now and enjoy the holidays with his family. He’ll return sometime in the summer. 

Well boxing fans hope you enjoyed the remarkable comeback of Errol Spence Jr. I surely did. Congrats to “Team Spence”
