It’s Official Demetrius “Boo Boo” Andrade will Fight Dusty Harrison 27 Nov 2020 in 168 LB Div.

Article by Rick Mohamed

Demetrius “Boo Boo” Andrade (OK, now that you’ve finished giggling) has stepped up in weight from his current fight weight of 160 Lbs to 168 lbs. He’ll fight Dusty Harrison on Nov 27 at the Seminole Hardrock Casino in Hollywood Florida.
Andrade has an impeccable professional record of 29-0 with 18 KO’s. He’s also a prime 32 years old. Harrison sits at 34-0-1 with 20 KO’s. Andrade is looking to make history and possibly win another belt in another div. He’s also looking to become a (3) weight world champion, if you will.
Andrade says that:

Hey, I can’t afford to sit around and wait for the phone to ring. I can take one of Eddie Hearn’s offers and fight now! With all that’s happened due to COVID19 and the Pandemic’, Who knows where we are headed? I want to fight now opposed to possibly not getting a chance to fight later.’

Boo Boo has called out big name fighters like Jamal Charlo and Canelo Alvarez, yet nobody bites.
Let me just say this: if he’s going to make a run at the Super Middleweight Division, I would like to see him Vs Benevidas. Now, there is a name I believe will beat both Andrade and Benevidas: Lionell “LonnieB” Thompson 22-5-0 with 12 KO’s.
Thompson, who has come down in weight from 175 his last fight to 168 to fight then- #3 ranked Jose Uzcategui. He treated fans to an outstanding performance and dropped Uzcategui to win the bout impressively with an Unanimous Decision (UD), but’s that’s my own analysis.
Boo Boo is an explosive fighter and fun to watch. I can’t wait to see how he fares in the 168 LB div.
